PARK AVENUE MEDICINE & SURGERY is pleased to offer a premium service for Manhattan residents.  Functioning as a fee for service , NYC Pain Specialists will now offer House Calls to discerning patients who value high quality medical doctor care in their home or office.

Please note: When the doctor makes a House Call it is a premium fee-for-service option with payment due at time of scheduling, however, we will be happy to provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
